Election 2020

The 2020 U.S. Presidential Election is final. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. earned the necessary number of Electoral College votes. Joe Biden's victory came after a hotly contested election in which it took a few days for a winner to be declared.

50th Anniversary of the First Interscholastic game of Ultimate (1970)

On this day fifty years ago, the first interscholastic game of ultimate Frisbee was played. The game was played between two New Jersey high schools in the parking lot at Columbia High School (Maplewood, NJ) on Saturday November 7, 1970; Columbia High School (CHS) Varsity Frisbee Squad won 43-10 over Millburn High School. The game was played in the evening at the faculty parking lot where it was lit at night.

Nearly two years later,  the first collegiate ultimate game was played on November 6, 1972.

Disc Golf is HUGE

Disc golf is *SO* huge right now.  has forced ultimate players to get creative with their disc sports. Disc golf courses are very popular for those seeking to participate in a disc sport while maintaining a safe distance during the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) pandemic. Even USA Ultimate is jumping on the disc golf bandwagon.
