Always a good reminder...
• Slip on a shirt
• Slop on sunscreen (SPF 30). Do so at least 20 minutes, so it has time to sink in.
• Slap on a hat (or a frisbee)
• Seek shade
• Slide on sunglasses to protect from UV light
