This is a time-tested date that works so I don't know why more people are not using it. You don't even have to fix a whole lot of food. Stop by your local sub shop & load up.
Sit & eat & talk [...about when you're gonna play frisbee].
Take a walk [...to the area where you will play].
Bring a Frisbee [but, of course!].
