Chicago Wildfire for Sale

The Chicago Wildfire, a team owed by current AUDL Commissioner Steve Gordon, is seeking a new owner. According to the American Ultimate Disc League website, Chicago is listed as an expansion city with an asterisk and text: "unique opportunity to purchase a strong existing franchise."

The Wildfire have played in the 2013 and 2014 AUDL seasons, making the post-season in both seasons.

Back in September 2014 Gordon mentioned: "As much as I love the Wildfire, I believe we are at a point that I need to focus my attention completely on the league and as a result will be selling the team. The Wildfire has an extremely bright future, both on the field and off, and it's time to make sure it has an owner who can make the appropriate commitment to its success."
