Colors: Blue, Red, White // Representation: City
Disc within logo?: Yes. // Ultimate element in team name?: No.
History/Research: The former bison population probably helped name the city of Buffalo, just as its famous food, Buffalo wings, has been embraced. In 1877, there was a conflict called Buffalo Hunters' War where a band of Comanche (Plains Indian) warriors attacked a group of buffalo hunters and stole their stock. Currently, hunting of wild bison is legal in some states & provinces where public herds require culling.
First impression(s): On par with a high school Ultimate logo. Looks like a winged plaque flattening a plate; or, a beer can with wings atop a cracked disc. The wings are reminiscent of Harley's, & seem gratuitous unless they are on the menu...
Jeremiah's Eval: Not an Ultimate disc. Font BAD. Buffalo BAD. Snort BAD. Wings BAD.
Jeremiah's Grade: F

Good to know the team honors Hunter’s Hope Foundation - named for Jim + Jill Kelly’s son Hunter. Hunter’s Hope was established in 1997 after their infant son (Hunter) was diagnosed w/ Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an inherited fatal nervous system disease.
The other pro Buffalo team (NFL) is also named after a person...William Frederick "Buffalo Bill" Cody...

Good info! Wishing the logo design was as *AWESOME* as the charitable story behind the team name.
What are your thoughts on the Jerseys?

or the new website logo?
RE: jersey, there's a very good reason why their team logo is located where it is -- under the armpit. And could the logo be any smaller?
The whitewashed website logo looks like a surly beast with a snot problem.
