C: Expanding in the west and in the southeast with a few teams; covers all 3 known expansion teams. Total = +8
D: Expansion in the southwest region, plus adding 1 team to each division. All divisions would have 7 total teams. Total = +9
E: Expansion in the southwest region , and adding 2 teams to each existing division. Total = +9
F: Expansion with a division-worth of teams into the southwest-ish region and southeastern-ish teams. Covers all 3 known expansion teams plus balances all divisions with 6 teams. Total = +12
