DC Player is the Face of USA Ultimate

USA Ultimate published their Annual Report for 2013. The digital document is 64 pages long and contains text, graphics, charts (!) and action photos.

Of note, one player from Washington D.C.'s elite women's ultimate team, Scandal, is seen many times in this publication. Five times to be exact, which is 10.6% out of the 47 published photographs. [See pages 7, 14, 21, 43 and 58 of the Annual Report.] That ultimate player is none other than Octavia "Opie" Payne, who represents Scandal club team and Team USA at the 2013 World Games.

Additionally, Opie's pull is the lead-in to USAU's highlight compilation.
