Sightings Reported of Seattle Cascades Logo

Seattle's AUDL team,  the Cascades, launched their team logo via Facebook, and...it bypassed any of these options...to, instead, go with a Sasquatch mascot.

At first glance, the creature has Chewbacca (wookie) features:
