All-Star Tour Visits DC for Friendly

As scheduled, the All-Star Ultimate Tour visits the D.C.-area to take on Scandal. This will be the All-Star's 9th & penultimate game of the tour. Scandal looks to avenge last year's 9-15 loss to the All-Stars.
