In early November, the Council of the District of Columbia unanimously passed a ceremonial resolution recognizing Scandal's 2013 USA Ultimate National Championship. The resolution was introduced by Councilmembers Yvette Alexander (Ward 7), David Grosso (At-Large), & Tommy Wells (Ward 6). The City Council honored the Washington Nationals in a similar way this past April.
